PRESS RELEASE: Civil Action vs Mark Sanchez – 11/21/2025

Attorneys Erik J. May and Edward R. Reichert of Golitko & Daly, PC have filed an Amended Complaint on behalf of Perry Tole in the civil case pending in Marion County. Mr. Tole is the victim in the felony battery case against Mark Sanchez, whose criminal case is also pending in Marion County.

In the civil case, the Amended Complaint names Mark Sanchez, Fox Corporation, and now Huse Culinary, Inc. as defendants. Mr. Sanchez is accused of both negligently and knowingly attacking and injuring Mr. Tole during an altercation on October 4, 2025, in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Fox Corporation is alleged to have negligently hired, supervised, and retained Mr. Sanchez as its employee or representative. It is further alleged that Fox Corporation was aware of the risks Mr. Sanchez posed to the public due to his past behavior, substance abuse, and other indicators.

Huse Culinary, Inc. is named in the Amended Complaint for allegedly overserving alcohol to Mr. Sanchez prior to his altercation with Mr. Tole, which contributed to Mr. Tole’s injuries and permanent disfigurement.

Mr. Tole continues to recover at home with his family. He and his family request that the media respect their privacy and direct all communication through his attorneys’ office. Mr. Tole and his attorneys have no further comment at this time.
