BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Erik J. May is an experienced personal injury and wrongful death attorney who represents injured victims throughout Indiana. His focus areas also include workers’ compensation and employment disputes. Erik was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2003 and has a diverse legal background, which includes private practice experience and fifteen years as a part-time judge.
Mr. May has litigation expertise in many legal fields. He has appeared before trial courts throughout Indiana, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the Western District of Michigan, the Indiana Workers’ Compensation Board, the Indiana Workforce Development Board, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
