BIOGRAPHY
Mr. John Daly has a focused practice representing Indiana workers in complex construction accidents and litigation. He has represented many injured workers around the state of Indiana and throughout the country, holding employers accountable for severe injuries or deaths that could have been prevented on the construction site.
Mr. Daly also has years of experience representing traumatically injured construction workers and their families. He is an OSHA authorized construction safety trainer and has worked with construction unions in training workers and employers in maintaining a safe workplace.
