Matthew M. Golitko

BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Matthew Golitko has dedicated his legal career to representing injured and paralyzed workers in many different types of work injury cases with a strong focus on workers’ compensation. He has handled several serious workers’ compensation claims involving catastrophic injuries dealing with death, quadriplegia, paraplegia and serious amputations. He has successfully set the precedent in Indiana for resolving complex workers’ compensation cases involving paralysis or death.
