BIOGRAPHY
Mr. John Daly is a dedicated attorney with a focused practice representing Indiana workers in complex construction accidents and litigation. He has represented many injured workers around the state of Indiana and throughout the country, holding employers accountable for severe injuries or preventable deaths on the construction site.
Mr. Daly has years of experience representing traumatically injured construction workers and their families. He is an OSHA-authorized construction safety trainer and has worked with construction unions in training workers and employers in maintaining a safe workplace.
