Nobody Wants to Sue But Somebody Has To Know How

Nobody Wants to Sue But Somebody Has To Know How- Some of you may remember the US Army recruiting campaign of the 1970s: Nobody wants to fight but somebody has to know how. Well, everyone of our clients begin our free initial case review by saying that they are not the kind of people who want to sue anybody. I submit that nobody wants to have their life turned upside-down by someone else’s carelessness and then get jerked around or ignored by an insurance company. No one wants to sue, but getting screwed twice is not acceptable. When you need a lawyer, we are here. Just as a cancer doctor doesn’t want people to get cancer, we don’t want to see people get injured or killed at work. Just like a doctor, our job is to get you back to as close to 100% as possible. That means getting you paid for your medical bills, lost wages, out of pocket expenses and pain. In wrongful death or paralyzed worker cases in Indiana, that means compensation for future wage loss and/or future medical expenses and the loss of love and affection. Through trials and settlements, we have taken care of Indiana workers and their families for the rest of their lives. We mean what we say ”WE GO TO WORK WHEN YOU CAN’T”
